C31: Property Damage Appraisal

This elective will no longer be offered following the December 2017 exam. All rewrites, deferrals, and continued tuition must be completed no later than the December 2018 exam session without exception.

Please note that the final examination for this course is a computer-based exam.

Property Damage Appraisal
provides an overview of building construction terminology, how a house is built, building materials used, repair methods and estimating methods. Learn about the more common types of building damage and how to go about evaluating the cost of repair.
