C38: Liability Loss Prevention (SCM Risk Management Services Inc. text)

This elective will no longer be offered following the December 2017 exam. All rewrites, deferrals, and continued tuition must be completed no later than the December 2018 exam session without exception.

Please note that the final examination for this course is a computer-based exam.

Throughout Liability Loss Prevention, you will examine hazards that may cause injury or loss, for which an insured is legally liable, and ways of controlling them. Those in loss prevention and underwriting will benefit most from it, but brokers will also find it useful.

We recommend you take C13: Insurance against Liability—Part 1  before taking  Liability Loss Prevention.
