An official transcript is a complete record of a student's enrollment at the Insurance Institute of Canada.

The fee is $21 (plus applicable taxes) for each transcript requested and you must be a member in good standing with the Insurance Institute. Transcripts are processed and mailed within 5 business days and are sent via regular mail (Canada Post).

How to request an official transcript

To order your transcript online, login to your account and scroll to the bottom of the My Courses page.

To order your transcript by phone, please contact Member Services at 1-866-362-8585. We are open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 7 pm ET.
