At the end of the session, the participant will be able to : Know in detail the coverage limits of the QF 1 automobile insurance form for coverage of borrowed or leased vehicles; Explain the scope of coverage of the QF 2 and QF 27 endorsements; Ask the right questions in order to analyze their client's coverage needs when borrowing or leasing a vehicle, and offer them products that meet these needs.
This training course is dedicated to agents, brokers, claims adjusters, risk managers and their managers.
In this second part of the course, dealing with vehicles borrowed or leased by the insured, we begin with a brief overview of the concepts learned in the first part, AFC 10095. We then explore the Direct Compensation Agreement. As certain clauses in chapters A and B concerning borrowed or leased vehicles are particularly complex, we analyze their content in detail. The coverages provided by the FPQ #1 automobile insurance form do not meet all policyholders' needs when it comes to covering a borrowed or leased vehicle. We therefore present endorsements FAQ #2 and FAQ #27, two options available to the insured. Finally, a practical exercise will give you the opportunity to apply what you've learned.
