At the end of this session, the participant will be able to: Know the legal and contractual obligations imposed on the Insured; Associate the coverage of the contract and the obligations of the Insured; Accompany the Insured in their choices and understanding of the automobile insurance policy; Provide products that meet the needs of the Insured, including those that enable the Insured to respect its obligations.
Agents, Brokers, Claim Adjusters and Risk Managers, and their managers.
Through the clauses of the QPF #1 form, this course explains the various obligations that are imposed on the Insured. Some are clearly indicated within the form. Others are created when a limitation or an exclusion apply. Obligations may be imposed at the time of purchase of insurance or may occur during the term. In the claim process, other obligations are created. Knowledge of the obligations imposed on the Insured allows the insurance representative to better assess the needs of the Insured and, consequently, to propose products that meet those needs.
