Gore Mutual Insurance Successfully Achieves CSIO’s eDocs Certification
TORONTO, ON, APRIL 22, 2025/insPRESS/ – CSIO is pleased to announce that Gore Mutual Insurance Company (Gore Mutual) has obtained CSIO’s eDocs Certification. Gore Mutual’s achievement demonstrates that all their eDocs reflect the updated Standards and they can send the refined codes and descriptions to Broker Management Systems (BMS).
The eDocs Standards were enhanced to improve readability, providing brokers with a more consistent daily workflow. Additionally, all BMS vendors have deployed the updated eDocs into production, ensuring that Gore Mutual’s broker partners will receive clearly labelled eDocs in their BMS. As a result, brokers can dedicate more time to serving their clients.
“Our commitment to being a purpose-driven insurer involves empowering brokers to build strong relationships with their customers,” said Shane Mannion, Vice President, Engineering at Gore Mutual. “Achieving eDocs Certification highlights the value of investing in robust, industry-recognized Standards to advance broker efficiency for the long term.”
“Gore Mutual’s eDocs Certification is a significant accomplishment for increasing broker productivity and streamlining eDocs delivery,” said Kathryn Sinclair, Interim President, CSIO. “This reinforces Gore’s leadership role in transforming insurance operations for the benefit of insurers, vendors, brokers and their customers.”
The full list of CSIO’s eDocs Certified members can be found on CSIO.com. Insurers can also download CSIO’s eDocs Business Requirements and Certification Document to apply for Certification.
