Do you run training courses on a regular or occasional basis? Do you have to make numerous presentations to different audiences? TRAINING OBJECTIVES Through 5 complementary modules, by the end of your training you'll be able to : - adapt your intervention to the challenges of face-to-face and distance training; - produce dynamic, relevant training programs that adapt to different contexts, while being able to identify the tools at your disposal; - facilitate with ease while stimulating group participation; - integrate digital tools to reinforce your participants' commitment and understanding; - evaluate your own intervention and your group's achievements. Prerequisites : This comprehensive training course is aimed at anyone wishing to become a training professional, whether for regular or occasional training courses, while taking greater account of the digital aspect of training. No prior training knowledge or experience is required to attend. Cohorts are limited to 6 participants to ensure optimal support.
