This webinar follows a single fictional insured through the full life cycle of a claim, from policy binding to resolution, highlighting how each stakeholder engages at key stages. Presented as a collaborative conversation between Underwriter, Claims Professional, and Defence Counsel, this session will explore how real-world decisions are made, how information flows between teams, and how early choices can meaningfully influence outcomes. Participants will gain a practical, behind-the-scenes view of how D&O and EPL claims are assessed, managed, defended, and ultimately resolved — including where tensions can arise and how effective collaboration reduces risk, cost, and uncertainty.
