Jonathan has 10 years of experience in the events space, working with companies such as Diageo, Sundial, Adidas, Pepsi, Ford, BMW Group, Mars and Keurig Dr Pepper; to develop full experiential marketing experiences for the North American Market. The last 5 years have been focused on Instant Risk Coverage, and developing an insurance solution for brands and venues.
Andres has 9 years of experience in insurance financial reporting under Canadian GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP as a CPA. Experienced in regulating and auditing large multinational property & casualty insurance and reinsurance entities and providing IFRS 17 advisory. Andres was a founding member of EY Canada’s financial institutions digital innovation intragroup that formulated the use of generative artificial intelligence and advanced mathematical algorithms.
Andrew has over 10 years experience in sales leadership and as an account executive. Prior to joining IRC, Andrew was involved in scaling a start-up SaaS business which was acquired in 2017 for $125m USD. As part of the acquisition, he led the expansion in North America and moved to Canada from the UK. He joined IRC in early 2025 to scale the sales department which includes, new business, customer success and underwriting.
