Responsibilities Tiffany leads Aon’s Crisis Management department in Canada. In this role, she is responsible for quantifying and qualifying clients' exposure to threats of terrorism, kidnapping, extortion, product contamination and recall, piracy, and political risk. Tiffany’s expertise includes kidnap, extortion, piracy, hostage, wrongful detention, political evacuation, civil unrest, and crime trends; terrorism; active assailant and malicious acts; political risk; and product recall and contamination.
Brad brings over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, with a well-rounded background that spans both the carrier and brokerage sides of the business. He began his career as an underwriter trainee and steadily progressed through senior roles in underwriting and business development for two leading international insurers. Brad later transitioned to the brokerage world, where he served as managing partner at a commercial brokerage and as President of his local Broker’s Association. He went on to hold the role of VP, Personal Lines at a large regional brokerage before joining the Institute in 2018. Known for his practical insights and collaborative approach, Brad is passionate about strengthening industry connections and supporting professional development. He holds a degree from Queen’s University along with the FCIP and CRM designations.
