C27 is an introduction to loss prevention. This course reflects the impact of losses on the profitability of insurers. It concerns the vital interest insurers have in reducing or preventing losses and the work of loss prevention professionals in support of underwriters, brokers and agents, and claims adjusters.

Upcoming classes

Exam

Each CIP course has a final exam worth at least two-thirds of the course grade. The exam can be written online with virtual proctoring or in person at one of our exam centres (subject to availability).
