Demographic Analysis of the P&C Insurance Industry in Canada 2022 to 2026
The share of employees planning to leave their employer within the next five years had declined from the previous report. (33.9 per cent in 2009 to 29.0 per cent in 2017) and remains at 29.7 per cent in 2022. (see Chart 44.) In 2017 the majority of those leaving were staying within the P&C insurance industry.
