RISK MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE

Take the three risk management courses that can lead to the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation. This new offering by the Institute provides an opportunity for insurance professionals to deepen their understanding of risk in the context of insurance. GENERAL INSURANCE ESSENTIALS (GIE)

If you are a newcomer to the industry, an entry-level insurance professional or a broker, agent and adjuster with licensing requirements, this two-course program introduces you to the p&c concepts and principles. REHABILITATION BENEFITS

Whether you are new to rehabilitation with some volunteer or related experience or highly versed in the field, this 10-course program is designed to support your role in ensuring injured or disabled claimants receive proper care and guidance. ASSOCIATE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE (ACS) 

If you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a financial services environment, this five-course program provides you with the opportunity to earn an ACS designation while studying to attain your CIP. The program, which is offered in partnership with LOMA, consists of three required courses and two elective courses, all tailored to the p&c insurance industry. Explore the Associate of Customer Service program.
