The Insurance Institute is pleased to announce a new offering of soft skill courses, tailored for today’s insurance professional. These soft skills courses are offered in a variety of learning paths, from Effective Administrative Support to Making Teams Work.

Each learning path consists of 3-10 lessons that have been specifically selected with the insurance professional in mind. These online lessons allow for you to learn at your own pace, with access to the lessons for up to a year after purchase. Upon completion of the courses, you will receive a printable certificate that can be used for internal training objectives or to satisfy continuing education requirements.

With over 35 unique learning paths, including over 200 individual courses, there is an opportunity for everyone to increase their skill level and awareness in an array of business applications and settings. Our previous soft skills offering, now called Skills Shop Basic, is still available.
