Demographic Research

As a direct response to the industry’s concerns about recruitment and retention, the Institute started conducting workforce demographic research in 2007. These research studies have been invaluable to industry employers as they develop and implement their HR strategies. The reports also inform the initiatives of the Institute’s Career Connections program, and influence the educational offerings of the Institute.
